BEYOND JAZZ
Most jazz dancers train in multiple styles.
Cross-training in ballet, tap, and hip-hop builds versatility that makes every jazz dancer stronger. Tamraloo offers the most comprehensive performing arts education in Placer County.
Ballet is the foundation of jazz technique. Cleaner lines, stronger turns, better extensions — every jazz dancer benefits from ballet training.
Tap Dance
Rhythm, musicality, and footwork that translates directly into stronger jazz dancing. Tap and jazz are natural complements.
Hip-Hop Dance
The freestyle energy of hip-hop sharpens commercial jazz performance. Many of today's choreographers fuse the two styles.
